These are an essential to any kitchen! I honestly don't know how I lived without them! I have thrown away my old plastic ones now and I only use these! They would make a great gift also! They are easy to clean even, and I even put them to the test and realized that if you let the sauce from spaghetti sit on them for a few days they do not stain and still are very easy to clean.
